第 15/2018/ND-CP 号法令第 12 条第 k 款规定企业不受颁发证书的限制的情况，包括已获得ISO 22000 食品安全管理体系认证之一的企业。
因此，ISO 22000 是等效，可以代替食品安全证。企业可以根据自身能力和需求选择申请哪一种证书，但 ISO 22000 认证具有一定的优势。
ISO 22000证的优势
首先，ISO 22000是一个国际有效的标准，被世界许多国家承认，所以若企业向国际市场发展，ISO 22000认证会带来更多优势。
其次，遵循ISO 22000标准的原则和规定有助于企业在生产过程中创造卫生安全的核心价值。在此基础上，企业可以建立声誉，赢得消费者的信任，同时提高自己的市场竞争力。 ISO 22000 认证也是一个基础，当有投诉和争议时的高价值证据。
颁发ISO 22000 认证的程序

– ISO 22000:2018 检验问卷。
第4步：反馈给企业
– 认证机构审查评估文件和记录后，反馈企业产品和生产过程与TCVN 22000:2018相比的符合性。
– 企业接收文件反馈，负责审核、纠正和完善条件。
第 5 步：现场审查和评估
– 评审组到现场检查和评价，结合实际考虑记录的适用性，提出不符合项整改建议。
– 确定 ISO 22000:2018 体系的有效性。
第 6 步：颁发证书
– 若所有文件与实际相符并且所有不符合项均已得到审核组长的满意纠正和确认，则该企业获得 ISO 22000:2018 认证。
– 认证机构将向客户颁发 ISO 22000: 2018 认证。ISO 22000:2018 认证有效期为 3 年。
第 7 步：符合性公布
企业获证后，由企业注册地所在省、直辖市的标准计量质量分司办理标准符合性公示程序。
